Insurance & Payment Information
Most private insurance plans provide coverage for acupuncture treatments. Please confirm with your insurer that your plan includes services performed by a Registered Acupuncturist.
Emily is a registered provider with Blue Cross and offers coverage for Veterans, RCMP members, and Canadian Armed Forces personnel when referred by a physician.
Reflexology may be covered under some insurance plans. Please check with your provider prior to your visit. Evelyn is a Registered Massage Therapist in Quebec; however, because her registration is not in Ontario, reflexology treatments cannot be billed under massage therapy benefits.
As of January 2025, a 2.4% processing fee applies to credit card payments. Debit, e-transfer, cheque, and cash are also accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations so that the time can be offered to another patient in need. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost. We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In cases of illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances, this fee may be waived at the practitioner’s discretion.
